Important:
- For returns due to defects please provide picture and short description of the defect for your request.
- Requests without picture and description will not be processed.
- Next steps will be provided upon validation.
- We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying products that do no violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Soft is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
